Spaghetti and Meatballs
The same sauce in the above recipe can be used to make many other Italian dishes using different types of pasta including spaghetti and meatballs. You can make meatballs with a variety of ingredients, but the basic is onion, garlic salt and hamburger meat. I use the same ingredients for meatloaf (see meat section). Optional ingredients are peppers, garlic, chopped parsley, adding an egg or yolk to the meat mixture, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese. Cook on medium heat until brown, check with fork. Sprinkle extra cheese on top when serving.
